Dedicated Sanitation Essentials Training for Jacobs Douwe Egberts in AsiaPac (Video)
This week, a full class of Jacobs Douwe Egberts (JDE) professionals came together in Shanghai for the first JDE dedicated Sanitation Essentials Training.
Over the course of the 2.5 day training the participants strengthened their knowledge of Sanitation Programs and Execution in both Dry and Wet Cleaning, of Environmental Monitoring and maybe most important how to motivate coworkers with a passion for food safety.

This training is a full on workshop where the participants get to see the real life challenges of allergen cleaning and explore wet and dry cleaning methodologies.
