CFS Short Course 4: Hygienic Design is a Choice Part 1

In this 38 minute training, our Food Safety Specialists will take you through considerations for infrastructure and impacts of utilities as they relate to food-safety. This course covers 3 topics:

- An introduction to hygienic design for infrastructure
- Utilities from a food safety perspective
