Sabrina Ferretti is a Food Engineer specializing in food safety. Helping companies deliver safe consumer foods is her life mission.
With more than 20 years of experience in the food industry, Sabrina has held various positions in large, medium, and small companies with dry, fresh, and frozen products, on both the industry and retail sides. Her work experience includes OSI Group (processed meat company), Bakkavor Group (Ready to Eat fresh fruits), Casino Group (fresh and frozen meat for retail), New Italian Fast Food (restaurants), and Jacobs Douwe Egberts (roast and ground coffee). Sabrina held leadership positions with most of her past employers. She helped them achieve GFSI and other certifications such as BRC, FSSC 22000, Organic, Fair Trade, and UTZ.
When Sabrina joined CFS in 2021, she brought her experience in HACCP, GMP, TMP, Lean Six-Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, PDCA, and more.
Sabrina lives in Brazil and is fluent in Portuguese and English. She also teaches a Quality and Food Safety post-graduation course.
