Marilia Victal is a Food Engineer, holds an MBA in Quality Management Systems, and has a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
Over the course of her 12+ years in the food industry, Marilia has held various positions in the food supply chain in quality management, food protection support, and corporate microbiology coordination. Having worked at Ingredion Incorporated, Tetra Pak Brazil, and Laticínios Bela Vista, Marilia brings plant and corporate experience on corn/starch processing, aseptic technology (especially UHT processing and aseptic filing machines troubleshooting), and dairy processing.
Marilia’s working life has always been focused on quality, food safety management, and troubleshooting food safety issues—especially those linked to microbiological hazards. She brings her ambitions to help food manufacturers continuously improve their food safety standards to the Commercial Food Sanitation team in Brazil. Marilia is fluent in Portuguese and English.
