The success of our Sanitation Essentials Training lies in its unique hand-on set up. Instead of just listening, our participants learn because they “do”. Applying knowledge is the best way of internalizing it and seeing where it fits in your work at your food factory or office. Everyone leaves our training with their own personal action plan, tools and practical knowledge for implementing continuous improvement and improving food safety at their companies.

CFS is celebrating a new “first”. March 6-8, 2018 we hosted three Sanitation Essentials Training sessions simultaneously: One in Shanghai, one in Amsterdam and one in New Orleans. No matter where you are in the world, the energy in these training sessions is so powerful and rewarding, it continues to motivate us to do more. This video was taken in Europe, but it could just as well have been in Asia or the USA.
