
Zoe (Qian) Wang has nearly 8 years of quality assurance, food safety and audit experience at Mars, Coca-Cola, Hershey and Roche Diagnostics.
Over the course of her career, her responsibilities ranged across manufacturing, OEM management, and distribution. Zoe held roles from supervisor to manager in various segments, as confectionery, pet food, beverage, nuts, bean curd and diagnostic equipment. Her most recent occupation was Commercial Audit and Advisory Manager at Roche Diagnostics.
In the past years, Zoe was involved in various implementation and improvement programs on GMP, HACCP plans, CIP/COP validation and verification, and ISO 9000/22000 both in new and legacy plants.
Zoe believes that hygienic design and hygienic operations are key to achieving food safety in effective and efficient ways. She is passionate about sharing knowledge and her experience through training and educating others in the food industry.
Zoe holds a Master Degree in Particle Physics and Nuclear Physics (Chinese Academy of Science) and a Bachelor Degree in Material Science and Engineering (Xi’an Jiaotong University). Zoe speaks both Manderin and English.
