Jessica Hebert has nearly 20 years of experience in food manufacturing in the bottled water and dairy industries. She comes to CFS from Dean Foods and Prairie Farms, where she was a Quality Assurance Manager. Prior to this, Jessica was a Quality Assurance Manager for DS Services and acted as Interim Plant Manager for a portion of her tenure there.
Jessica is an SQF Practitioner, is HACCP trained, and Certified as a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI). She brings many years of experience in the laboratory setting, having also been the lab manager at her previous companies, where her duties included managing the lab staff and day-to-day operations.
Jessica’s career in food manufacturing began as a love of microbiology, and later in meeting and maintaining regulatory standards. Today, she’s passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience with as many food manufacturers as possible to continuously improve food safety standards across the food industry.
Jessica holds a B.S. degree in Biology and a Minor in French from Southeastern Louisiana University, and a M.J. in Global Food Law from Michigan State University.
