Hugo started his career in production and quality assurance with frozen and shelf-stable entrees in a total quality control plant under USDA and FDA regulations. Hugo has held various positions in multiple plants in Sanitation, Quality Assurance, and Safety Security & Environmental Management before joining Commercial Food Sanitation in 2011.
Hugo brings a wealth of experience in the areas of food safety, quality systems, sanitation, safety, security, and environmental analysis. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering Technology from Universidad Técnica del Estado (Chile), and also completed Process Control training in the Department of Food Science at the University of Wisconsin.
