General Manager Darin brings a broad base of experience to his role as General Manager for Commercial Food Sanitation, LLC. He has been responsible for leading many initiatives, including launching new product lines, overseeing multiple plant sanitation programs, periodic cleaning mapping, and spearheading sanitation improvement teams and efforts. Previous to that, he oversaw the day-to-day business and financial operations for a major food plant.
Starting out as a Quality Analyst, Darin undertook various positions—including Operations Supervisor, Sanitation Manager, Business Unit Manager, and Plant Manager—during a 22-year career at Kraft Foods. His background in both the technical and business aspects of plant sanitation has prepared him well for his current role helping to shape food safety, sanitation programs, and on-the-floor execution for CFS.
