Assessment (on site)
CFS evaluates your facilities and operations to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of your sanitation programs, infrastructure, and equipment. Areas of assessment include tools, procedures, documentation (including SSOP’s and MSS), infrastructure and staffing (including hourly staffing).
After conducting a thorough assessment, our consultants compile and issue a written report containing key recommendations for developing and maintaining effective and efficient sanitation programs. Topics addressed in the report include:
- Optimizing sanitation practices
- Ensuring effective sanitation
- Developing SSOP’s and MSS
- Implementing procedures for validating sanitation cleaning
