
Tom Haley strives to foster knowledge sharing among employee and stakeholder groups for effective food safety programs throughout food-production facilities.
Prior to joining Commercial Food Sanitation, LLC, Tom was the Sanitation Manager for a large corporate bakery, where he was responsible for sanitation, quality management, and the implementation and compliance of ISO in the facility. During his career, Tom has occupied positions in a variety of departments, including production, quality, sanitation, research, and procurement, at facilities throughout the United States.
Tom has firsthand knowledge of HACCP plans (implementation and validation), pest control, ISO/QCMS coordination, sanitary design reviews, allergen changeover programs, GMP, pre-OP auditing programs, and kosher compliance. He is recognized by ASQ as a Certified HACCP Auditor (CHA) and Certified Quality Auditor (CQA).
