
As a Senior Food Safety Specialist, Tim brings nearly 20 years of leadership in food manufacturing plants and consulting positions. His experience has been both in Sanitation/Food Safety as well as in plant Operations.
Tim has held key roles in a few different companies over his career, including Kraft Foods where he oversaw the Sanitation Department. One of his biggest accomplishments at Kraft was when he co-led plant-wide efforts in sanitation optimization – successfully achieving a 50% sanitation downtime reduction while maintaining in spec swab results.
While Tim brings industry experience from various food segments, his primary focus since 2014 has been supporting the Fruit, Vegetables and Dairy industries. Through hygienic design enhancements and improved sanitation practices, he has successfully helped companies achieve their goals of labor reduction, Foreign Material Control (FMC) and pathogen risk mitigation, and operational efficiencies.
