
Over the course of her career, Pat has taken on numerous roles in quality, food safety, sanitation, and production across various product types and processes. She brings not only a wealth of knowledge, but also a tremendous amount of energy, innovation, and passion to her work at Commercial Food Sanitation, LLC.
Pat specializes in the Dairy industry. Her expertise includes hygienic design, food sanitation program development, sanitation process mapping/sequencing, and sanitation effectiveness and efficiency. Among the many key achievements throughout her career is the development of several continuous improvement initiatives, including the inauguration of a Sanitation Safety Team focused on reducing safety risks and rates of incidences, as well as programs that have positively impacted productivity and sanitation effectiveness.
